The Concept of the Conference:

This conference deals with issues and programs related to talented people with disabilities (twice exceptional). Generally, it is a relatively recent topic in the fields of scientific research and regulatory and legislative interest worldwide. Particularly, in the Arab world, this conference will bring this vital topic in the era of the remarkable technical progress brought about by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It positively impacts all patterns of human life and extended its impact on shaping human life socially, economically, and cognitively. Yet, the world has lived and is still living a hard time due to dealings and coexistence with the Covid-19 pandemic. This pandemic has affected and continues to affect human life in various aspects.
